Most new planning applications now require a viability assessment, we provide a responsive and commercially focused service producing viability appraisals and reports to support planning applications.
We have provided viability assessments on developments across the country from single houses on garden sites through to large multi-phase residential and mixed use developments. On numerous sites we have reduced and removed planning obligations to unviable stalled sites to come forward and contribute to housing delivery, negotiating directly with council’s, the District Valuer and other viability professionals.

Meet Simon Corp
Simon Corp is the lead Director and heads the consultant team overseeing all instructions. Simon has a degree in Residential Development and 27 years experience in affordable housing development, most of this time was spent working directly for Registered Providers including Aldwyck, Raglan and Origin Housing Group.
Simon has traded as a consultant since 2004. His core skills include producing viability appraisals using the DAT and other models, preparing viability reports, negotiating s106 terms with Local Authorities and placing sites with RP contacts. Simon is known and respected within the affordable housing world and has an excellent range of contacts.

Simon leads a team of professional experienced consultants all with established former careers in the affordable housing sector. They understand affordable housing viability all having worked for Housing Associations delivering affordable housing and have a professional results driven approach.
