We acted for a specialist supported housing provider on a development in Gillingham, Kent for 22 dwellings providing a viability assessment to evidence the level of s106 contributions the development could support. Following our assessment we negotiated with the councils advisor and a zero contribution s106 was agreed allowing the development providing much needed supported housing to come forward.
